Elisa Aure is an artist, a devoted seeker, and a lifelong explorer. She contemplates every body-temple with wonder, carrying with wisdom the arts of touch and devotion, of gesture and of the spoken word.
Drawing on her studies in physical theatre and clowning, Shivaism (Tantra) and Gestalt counselling, and grounded in years of daily practice and the guidance of the teachers she has encountered along the way, she accompanies people into a deeper listening through the body. With gentleness, she invites awareness of movement, needs and impulses, emotions, and the layers of tension and holding accumulated over time.
Her devotional sensory massage offers profound relaxation to the nervous system, allowing the vital currents within to be felt more deeply. Perception expands, awareness blossoms, and the body is gently supported in laying down its armour. Through the delicacy and unhurried rhythm of breath and touch, a continuous flow of sensory experience unfolds.
