Salve a tutti!

Siamo molto felici di annunciare il 13° Summer Jam of Arts Festival, dedicato a Contact Improvisation, BMC@, Teatro Fisico, Massaggio Thai, Improvvisazione vocale,  molte jam, musica dal vivo, escursioni e tanto cibo delizioso con la nostra chef Anulya!

Saremo ospitati in un borgo medievale davvero unico, circondati da alberi secolari e da un grande spazio verde privato!! In una zona fresca e piacevole ai piedi del monte Cimini, nell'area di Capranica-Sutri, a 400 mt dal livello del mare e molto vicino al lago di Vico (510 mt dal livello del mare).

The aim of the retreat is to offer participants the opportunity to study Contact and somatics, exploring the energy and the wisdom of the body; living new experiences and discovering new ways of perceiving, being and living in a more respectful and genuine relationship, in harmony with nature, with ourselves and the others.

Dates of the retreat:  August 17th  - 23rd

IMPORTANT: The lessons are structured to be accessible to all levels: completely beginners and advanced can learn and improve own skills, dance, knowledge, technical and improvisation abilities.

To participate to the festival you don’t need to be dancers or artists since the idea of the Jam of Arts festivals is aimed to people who want to experiment with arts and movement, regardless having or not prior experience. The goal is to explore different skills and capabilities that exist within us, study various disciplines and enjoy!

A few informations about the location. The villa that host us is a  really unique medieval place surrounded by secular trees and huge private green space!!

The area is cool and fresh located on the side of Cimini mountain at Capranica-Sutri area at 400mt from the level of the sea and very close to the lake of Vico (510mt from the level of the sea).

It has big apartments and big shadow space (see photos pf the secular trees area!)

There is also a big dance floor and we are at about 15 minutes distance by car from the lake Vico which is a fresh and clean lake that can be visited during the lunch break and/or during the excursion day. 

There are also very beautiful pathways in the landscape of the area (see photos)

We are at about 15 minutes distance by car from the lake Vico which  been on a mountain is a fresh and clean lake that can be visited during the lunch break and/or during the excursion day. 

Prices and registration informations:

In the last years and in the last period the cost of life has been increased  dramatically, even though, we  decided to offer really low prices (even lower than the last year edition) absorbing us the cost and reducing in this way our capacity to cover the expences.

Why we are doing this?

In these critical moments we believe is important propose something constructive and beautiful for the people that everybody can afford so we offer various options of prices and everyone can choose the fee that wants to pay depending from own availability and own desire to support us!

Please feel free to choose without stress the fee that you prefer 😊

In the fees are included all the workshops and jams, all the meals (three meals per day starting from the dinner of 17  till the breakfast of 23 of August), single bed in shared apartments.

Note: sheets, towels and blankets are not included,  we suggest you to bring your own sheets, if you have difficulties bringing them, send us a message to supply them to you.

Tents: the space has some huge ancient walnut trees with very thick shadow where you can put your tent. the price for joining the retreat is the same as on the shared apartments.

Note: if you don't have your own tent and you don't want to sleep in shared apartments, the place rent tents at 20€ sharing attend with another person or 35€ for private tent.

if you need to rent a mattress the cost is 15€. 

prices for the tents and mattresses are intended for the use for the entire time of the retreat.

Arrival:

It's really very easy arrive to the retreat!

 The closest city is Rome.

From Rome Fiumicino Airport you have to take a train until Trastevere station and then change and take the train for Capranica - Sutri (about one hour). 

Once arrived at the station get out, turn to the left walk for 600 metres and you arrived at the retreat! Thats all!

- From Ciampino airport you have to arrive to termini station (all buses from the airport arrives at Termini) and then train for Capranica - Sutri

Travel tickets advice’s:

If airplanes becoming expensive, good alternative ways to come to Rome are: night trains, Flixbus, Blablacar.

NOTE: For the organisation of the festival we will need some helpers who wll have a reduction of the fee. If you want to candidate yourself, please send an email, specifying that you want to join as heloer at: registration@jamofarts.com.

Note: if you cancel your participation 40 before the beginning of the retreat you can have a 30% off money back Call ma less than 40 days" we hold the entire amount. The retreat has very big costs so should be impossible organise an event If any participant suddenly was cancelling own participation and asking back the money so try to understand our big effort to offer something beautiful and meaningful to the community.
